Meet
Olivia
Olivia Diem is a digital marketing specialist and content creator who is passionate about design and creativity and graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University in 2023.
In her most recent position at Barrett, The Honors College, Olivia worked as a social media assistant and content creator and managed Barrett's social media presence. She maintained profiles across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok by photographing, marketing, and engaging with the audience as well as analyzing audience engagement.
During her time with the Arizona School Board Association, Olivia worked diligently to increase traffic to the website and social media pages. She designed graphics and created videos relevant to current events and campaigns as well as worked with a team to build campaigns that promoted diversity and equality in education.
Olivia had the opportunity to work at one of Chicago’s largest radio broadcasting companies. Embracing city life, she worked as a promotions assistant and aided in the company’s promotional and marketing efforts as well as shadowed the social media, content creation, and marketing departments.
As a first-year college student, Olivia co-created a social media series where she produced, hosted and managed a weekly pop culture and music-based digital series on social media platforms: Instagram, Tik-Tok, YouTube and Spotify, interviewed and collaborated with artists, bands and industry professionals.
Olivia is fluent in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition. She is skilled in social media marketing and analysis, design, as well as communication and customer service. She is also proficient in American Sign Language.
In both her academic and professional life she has been consistently praised as diligent and dedicated by her professors, peers, and colleagues. She applies proven communication, creative thinking and teamwork skills and will continue to implement her experience in her future endeavors.
